Mortgages

We charge a fee for providing advice and submitting your mortgage application - £295 for a new mortgage and £250 for a remortgage. However, our fee will be £395 for complex applications e.g. a guarantor or shared ownership/equity case. We will tell you the exact fee after our initial consultation. We will also be paid a procuration fee from the lender. This fee becomes payable by you on submission of a full application to a lender unless it is your wish to add our fee to your mortgage loan. We will receive and retain a commission from the lender when your mortgage completes. This amount will be confirmed by the lender in their disclosure document.
